Turning

We have high-performing and high precision equipments in order to carry out the operation of turning.

– Conventional lathes:

• 14 Lathes maximum diameter 180-800 x 1500-2000 mm;

– CNC lathes:

• 5 CNC Lathes maximum diameter 300 mm;
• 2 CNC Centers 100 x 600 x 600 mm.

Using our conventional and CNC lathes we are able to manufacture parts by turning particular workpieces, in small and medium quantities. METAL PRODUCTION is specialized in manufacturing parts from ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Machined parts/Shapes

• Cylindrical and tapered parts using conventional lathes;
• Complex shapes using CNC lathes.
